occe.com | Just another WordPress site Who We Are OCCE began in 1922 as the Oklahoma Association of Commercial Organization Secretaries OACOS officially changing to the Oklahoma Chamber of Commerce Executives in 1949. The Oklahoma Chamber of Commerce Executives OCCE association is the only organization in the state dedicated to training and the ongoing professional development of chamber professionals. The primary goal of OCCE is to serve its membership by providing quality professional development and continuing education opportunities for local chambers of commerce their staff and board members. OCCE membership consists of more than 70 local chambers that includes the executive and staff from across the state.
