Home Expanding Access to Legal Services for Immigrants in Wyoming Our Mission WIAP promotes and defends the rights of all immigrants through free and lowcost legal services public education and systemic advocacy. More than 70 of immigrant children in immigration court who have attorneys win their cases while only 13 of kids without an attorney are allowed to stay in the U. S. Nondetained immigrants are 5 times more likely to win their cases with an attorney than without.
