Deaf Masters
This is non-profit organization called Deaf Education & Academic Foundation in Mathematics, Applied Science, Technology, Engineering for Rewards & Scholarships (DEAF MASTERS). The organization's mission is focused on deaf students for middle and high school through deaf schools and deaf programs to put them in high motivate for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) with rewards and scholarships. STEM is important because it pervade every part of our lives and our future generations. Nearly 60% of students are struggling to meet the basic skills requirements in math. Most students choose not to take electives or advanced courses that are required to continue on in a STEM-related field. In the next decade, about 80% of careers will require a deep understanding of STEM skills.
