The mission of Horizon Housing Development Company is โTo assist in providing housing services to St. Louis City residents who are developmentally disabled. A resident in HHDC's program is provided with permanent housing, which is something that many have not had for a while, along with a sense of community. HELP PROVIDE HOUSING SERVICES TO ST. LOUIS CITY RESIDENTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL AND MENTAL DISABILITIES.

Horizon Housing envisions a world where people and families impacted by disabilities and homelessness are housed in a community of support, where they gain the skills to be self-reliant, and graduate to permanent housing, sustaining themselves and their families. Horizon Housing believes housing is a basic human right. Individuals served by HHDC will experience, compassion, dignity, respect and choice.
