PROGRAM EVALUATIONS CONSISTENTLY SHOW THAT AFTER ENTERING THE PROGRAM, CHILDREN ARE LESS LIKELY TO BECOME DELINQUENT, USE ALCOHOL, TOBACCO OR DRUGS, BECOME PREGNANT OR DROP OUT OF SCHOOL.
