DO GREAT BE GREAT

Our mission is to deliver some of the necessities in life such as clean clothes, shoes, toiletries, and food to homeless men, women, and children. With the support of the community we hope to help as many people as possible. Do Great Be Great goes out into the communities in Chattanooga, TN and the surrounding areas distributing these necessities to our homeless and low income neighbors that are in need. We go out on the streets of Chattanooga and talk to the homeless population, get their stories, and give them clothing, shoes, toiletries, food, and anything they might need that we have acquired through donations or purchases. We volunteer at other Non-Profit Organizations that are geared towards trying to fight hunger and homelessness as well an also connect individuals and families with other organization that can provide additional services. We want people to know that there are people who care and want to help them. All some people need is to know that there is still people out here that really care about their well-being and want them to be okay and well. Sometimes this is the simple motivation needed or love felt to help a person change their mindset to help them take steps to loving life a little more each day and creating better futures for themselves. We can't begin to know, understand, or help the homeless without proactively getting out in the communities and hearing their stories.
