Robertson University of Chicago and James Rowley Vanguard. The four new Directors are replacing four members of the Inaugural Board of Directors Hank Bessembinder Arizona State University Jennifer Conrad University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Michael Lemmon Citadel and Ananth Madhavan BlackRock.
