WAO We Are Oceania WAO We Are Oceania Our mission is to empower our community to navigate success while honoring the integrity of our diverse heritage. Our Youth Empowerment Center provides a safe space for our youth to grow. Our Micronesian OneStop Center centralizes programs services for our community. We believe in a world in which indigenous people regardless of where they are in the world are respected celebrated and honored as part of the local culture of success.
