PLF is a collective of artists, DJs, musicians, sculptors, dancers, fire spinners, community organizers and more. With our newly formed 501c3 non-profit, Party Liberation Foundation, we seek to nurture the creative community in Richmond, VA and beyond by funding and facilitating art creation, art / performance education, and free public events.
