ReGeneration180 was born from a passion and concern for the future of our next generation. Since our conception in 2011, we have focused on resolving mental health issues of children and adolescents of the Afrikan American community. Our overall organizational goals are to: enhance the educational and psychological well being of Black youth in America; provide a constructive understanding of Black people through positive approaches to research; conduct and advance current research in African Psychology; further develop approaches to psychology, that are consistent with the experiences of Black people in America; and, develop family and community programs for the psychological, educational, cultural and economic advancement of Black people.
