THE CORPORATION SHALL BE ORGANIZED FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONDUCTING AND CARRYING ON AS A SOCIAL WELFARE ORGANIZATION ENGAGED IN ADVOCACY FOR PUBLIC POLICY POSITIONS THAT SUPPORT AMERICAN STRENGTH IN ITS INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS, FREEDOM OVER SOCIALISM AT HOME, AND EMPOWERMENT OF ALL AMERICAN CITIZENS TO REACH THEIR GOD-GIVEN POTENTIAL, IN A MANNER CONSISTENT WITH SECTION 501(C)(4) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986 (THE "CODE"), AS AMENDED, AND ANY TREASURY REGULATIONS PROMULGATED THEREUNDER, AND CONDUCTING LAWFUL ACTIVITIES PURSUANT TO THE ACT.
