To assist Mid Coast Hospital (an organization exempt from tax as an organization described under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code) to carry out its tax-exempt functions.To coordinate activities of Mid Coast Hospital and other affiliated organizations engaged in health care activities (the "operating corporations") which may include management, the establishment of fiscal policy, long-range planning, public information and fund-raising for the betterment of the general health.
