The past few years brought new challenges to Rocklin. There is now a significant opportunity to make effective change for Rocklin youth through a Rocklin Police Activities League (Rocklin PAL) facility and year-round programming. The presence of just one consistent and supportive adult can change the direction of a youth's life. Rocklin Police Department's three goals for Rocklin PAL: 1) Provide proactive opportunities to keep Rocklin youth safe and excel as a productive members of society 2) Provide a caring place through full-time dedicated Rocklin PAL staff 3) Provide a permanent Rocklin PAL facility with year-round youth programming to help youth become engaged in the community
