The Jacksonville Sports Medicine Program (JSMP) is dedicated to bringing the highest quality care for our youth by making North Florida a Safer Place to Play. The Jacksonville Sports Medicine Program (JSMP) is a volunteer based youth safety program dedicated to youth sports injury prevention.

The new logo highlights the strong sustaining partnerships of the community kids sports safety program and concludes the 40 year anniversary celebration for our nonprofit organization.
