The Jacksonville Sports Medicine Program (JSMP) is dedicated to bringing the highest quality care for our youth by making North Florida a Safer Place to Play. The Jacksonville Sports Medicine Program (JSMP) is a volunteer based youth safety program dedicated to youth sports injury prevention.

Jacksonville Sports Medicine Program – Just another WordPress site Sustaining partner organizations Dedicated to youth sports safety through awareness advocacy and injury prevention NEW JSMP logo unveiled in the 2024 JSMP annual Governing Board meeting hosted on 9. 30. 2024. The new logo highlights the strong sustaining partnerships of the community kids sports safety program and concludes the 40 year anniversary celebration for our nonprofit organization.
