Its vision is to create a thriving and sustainable community that includes those impacted by crime and incarceration.

Founders

The RECH Foundation was founded by Pauline and Frederick Rogers, who drew inspiration from their own experiences with incarceration. Their journey is marked by resilience and a shared vision for change, aiming to break the cycle of recidivism by providing educational initiatives, vocational training, counseling, and community engagement.

  • M.O.R.E. (Mississippi Offender Reentry Establishment): This initiative focuses on employment, life skills, social skills training, leadership training, coaching, mentoring, and workforce development.
  • Letter Campaign: Aims to provide support to incarcerated individuals by sending messages of hope and love.
