FemSTEM is a new nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underprivileged women and the LGBTQ community to learn and excel in the field of coding and technology an industry soon to be the biggest in the world. We foster gender diversity and inclusivity in the maledominated tech industry by providing our constituents the skills knowledge and support needed to thrive in coding and technologyrelated fields. At this time women hold only 25 of coding jobs and earn 30 less money than men.
