Prism Moves
Prism Moves was created to fill service gaps in the fitness industry, which historically centers white, thin, cis, heteronormative individuals and rarely makes room for those that do not fit this description, thereby creating a lack of health equity. Women, BIPOC individuals, LGBTQIA2+ individuals, larger-bodied humans and those that want to move their bodies for joy instead of weight loss rarely have access to fitness spaces that accommodate them and make them feel welcome. Prism Moves was created to become such a fitness space.
