Our Students Express Themselves Through Film Our goal is to create a safe space for young adults to navigate their mental health through the art of storytelling and filmmaking Our Mission To amplify the voices of young storytellers by guiding them through the filmmaking process and connecting them with industry mentors. Our Vision A future where young voices nationwide are empowered to tell their own stories through professionally produced short films. Impact Areas Research by the National Endowment for the Arts demonstrates that arts participation including filmmaking plays a critical role in improving academic outcomes for underprivileged youth. Data shows that students actively engaged in arts programs achieve better academic milestones compared to their peers with limited arts exposure.
