More Than Conquerors Surf 90 of foster youth suffer from emotional trauma and do not have an outlet to find the healing they need. More Than Conquerors MTC serves foster youth adoptive and kinship families and trafficked youth ages 2 25 in Ventura and San Diego Counties by providing them with the opportunity to heal from trauma by experiencing freedom joy and confidence through the gift of surfing. We achieve this by hosting monthly surf events March November that allow our communities to come together in a safe space that allows them to heal during a carefree day at the beach. The goal of our surf events is simple that every child teen and young adult who surfs with us would know that they are loved have a home and a purpose.
