The Greater California Livery Association (GCLA) is a statewide association, comprised of duly licensed member limousine and bus companies. TO PROVIDE STATEWIDE AND LOCAL FORUM FOR EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION AND VIEWS BY MEMBERS, PROVIDE MECHANISM FOR COLLECTION OF INFORMATION, INFORM MEMBERS CONCERNING MATTERS OF MUTUAL INTEREST, AND ADVANCE THE INTEREST OF THE LIVERY INDUSTRY AND ITS MEMBERS TO LOCAL AND STATE AGENCIES.

GCLA Greater California Livery Association The GOld STandard of Transportation The Greater California Livery Association is a membershipdriven community of OWNERS of Luxury Transportation Services both in California and beyond. The GCLA is comprised of operators who have an active Transportation Charter Permit TCP and for larger vehicles a CDL and DOT certification. GCLA members are required to carry the legal commercial passenger transport insurance. We offer our members networking training discounts on equipment and services education and a voice in Sacramento to defend the rights of transportation business owners.
