Second Chance Rescue
Our mission is to eliminate the euthanasia of cats and dogs through rescue, spay/neuter and education programs. Second Chance/ Hopalong focuses on intervening before an animal reaches the shelter and also rescues animals who would otherwise be euthanized at shelters due to pet overpopulation. Since 1993, Second Chance/Hopalong has placed thousands of animals.
