About Us The Texas Black Legacy Foundation TBLF emerged from a series of collaborative conversations in the fall of 2022. TBLFs mission is to empower deserving students from underserved communities with needbased scholarships tailored for those dedicated to sportsrelated studies or careers. Beyond needbased scholarships TBLF provides holistic wraparound support services through Community Partners including wellness initiatives job training and financial literacy programs.
