WE ACCOMPLISH THIS THROUGH CONFERENCES/CLINICS, FESTIVAL/FIELD CHAMPIONSHIPS, PARADES, HONOR GROUPS, CONCERTS FOR STUDENTS IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA.
