THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATON IS TO RAISE MONEY FOR CHILDREN WITH CANCER AND THEIR FAMILIES, SO LONG AS SUCH PURPOSE IS CONSISTENT WITH AND EXCLUSVIELY FOR PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE IRC.
