THE MISSION OF AABN IS TO IMPROVE MATERNAL CHILD HEALTH AND CHAMPION BREASTFEEDING EQUITY BY (1) ADVOCATING SYSTEM/POLICY CHANGES, (2) PARTNERING WITH COMMUNITY-BASED, FAMILY-CENTERED, CULTURALLY TAILORED HEALTH EDUCATION AND SUPPORT SERVICES.

African American Breastfeeding Network Were Here For You for another 15 years and beyond. In 2023 AABN celebrated 15 years of service and commitment to improve maternalinfant health. As we journey forward to another 15 years we are even more dedicated to our core organizational values of centering Black voices and the Black experience in our work and mission. Our incredible journey is made possible with our funders partners volunteers Board of Directors and staff.
