ABOUT SPRING HILL Spring Hill is an independent school which offers an inquiry-based, science-focused, liberal arts curriculum from the earliest grades, a learning process empowered by scientific inquiry, mathematical logic and rational reasoning for students from toddler to 6th grade. Teaching is based on the Montessori educational philosophy, an approach which educates the whole child and emphasizes independence, freedom within limits and respect for a child’s natural psychological and emotional development. The elementary educational curriculum is based on the Next Generation Science Standard and Common Core Standards, and students develop advanced skills with an individually tailored curriculum and small student to teacher ratios.
