South County Historical Society Welcome The South County Historical Society is dedicated to the restoration and preservation of important landmarks in the southern portion of wildly historic San Luis Obispo County California and represent the towns of Arroyo Grande Pismo Beach Avila Beach Grover Beach Oceano Nipomo Halcyon Edna Valley Los Berros Oso Flaco and Huasna. The Society is a nonprofit organization that depends solely on donations and volunteers to continue its work.
