aicls.org – The Advocates for Indigenous California Language Survival is a Native-run & led organization devoted to implementing and supporting the revitalization of indigenous California languages.

Providing resources and training for California Indians seeking to revitalize their indigenous languages. To foster the restoration and revival of indigenous California languages so they may be retained as a permanent part of the living cultures of native California. To assist California Indians in language renewal and maintenance through advocacy, education, and training of speakers and learners for language transmission; identification and use of existing language resource materials; the analysis and implementation of pertinent linguistic information and tools; the creation of learning program models and language restoration materials; the establishment and maintenance of master/apprentice language teams; and the use of modern technology for language documentation and restoration.
