San Antonio Alternative Housing Corporation
San Antonio Alternative Housing Corporation has been providing affordable housing in San Antonio and Austin, Texas since 1993. Its mission is to ensure that low- and moderate-income families have access to rental properties, homeownership counseling and first-time homeo purchase, ADA accessibilty modifications and supportive services. SAAHC also takes on special hosuing projects, such as three HOPWA developments for persons who are HIV positive or have AIDS, and renovation of historic structures.
