MAINE YOUTH ALLIANCE
The mission of Maine Youth Alliance is to advocate for and implement initiatives that encourage meaningful youth involvement in the community and improve the well-being of young people according to the eight keys of Positive Youth Development. The organization operates two programs: The Game Loft, a youth development program serving youth in Waldo County for the past 22 years and I KNOW ME, a program for raising the aspirations of youth founded in 2017. The mission of THE GAME LOFT is to promote Positive Youth Development through non-electronic games and community involvement. The mission of I KNOW ME is to raise aspirations for youth using Positive Youth Development and mentoring.
