To this end, the mission of the Rovers shall be to promote the growth of the sport of rugby union through participation and facilitation of matches in accordance with USA Rugby or any successor bodies as well as local union rules, as well as community activities pertinent to or raising the stature or public awareness of rugby union or the Rovers.
