WE BELIEVE THAT CHILDREN EXPOSED TO ORGANIZED TEAM SPORTS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF POSITIVE ROLE MODELS DURING CRITICAL DEVELOPMENTAL YEARS BUILD RESPONSIBLE, PRODUCTIVE, CIVIC MINDED MEMBERS OF SOCIETY THROUGH SPORTSMANSHIP, TEAM WORK, DISCIPLINE, MENTORING, AND A SENSE OF BELONGING.
