The Jackson State University National Alumni Association, Inc. (JSUNAA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Jackson State University, a historically black university located in Jackson, Mississippi. Mission and Activities

JSUNAA's mission is to advance the vision and mission of Jackson State University by engaging alumni, promoting student recruitment, and offering scholarships. JSUNAA also collaborates with other historically black college and university (HBCU) alumni associations to address common challenges and create a supportive network.

Membership and Engagement

Membership in the JSUNAA is open to anyone who has been awarded a degree from Jackson State University or has completed at least six semester hours of coursework. Additionally, individuals who have not attended the university but wish to support it can join as associate members. The annual membership fee is $50, which includes benefits such as personalized membership cards, lapel pins, car rental and hotel discounts, and access to JSU bookstore discounts.

JSUNAA encourages engagement through various alumni events, giving campaigns, and mentorship opportunities. The organization aims to increase alumni participation and involvement in university activities, with a goal of having 10,000 active alumni through memberships, donations, volunteerism, and event attendance.

Impact and Collaborations
