VALLEY WATER MGT CO IS A NON-PROFIT CORP FORMED UNDER PROVISIONS OF TITLE XII OF PART IV OF DIVISION I OF THE CIVIL CODE OF THE STATE OF CA. ITS PURPOSE IS TO MANAGE OIL FIELD PRODUCED WATER FOR OUR MEMBERS IN AN ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE AND ECONOMICALLY FEASIBLE MANNER.

Each facility is properly permitted and many of these permits cover decades of operations. These facilities are regulated and regularly inspected by multiple agencies including the Regional Water Quality Control Board for the Central Valley region and California Geologic Energy Management Division CalGEM.
