We are committed to the safe and economical management of oilfield produced water in Kern County About Valley Water Management Company Valley Water has multiple facilities located in and near Kern Countys oilfields on the west side of the San Joaquin Valley. Each facility is properly permitted and many of these permits cover decades of operations. These facilities are regulated and regularly inspected by multiple agencies including the Regional Water Quality Control Board for the Central Valley region and California Geologic Energy Management Division CalGEM.
