Rooted in a Black feminist framework we uplift and support women and girls at every stage of life ensuring they have the knowledge resources and community they need to thrive. We understand that being female is an everevolving experience marked by powerful biological and emotional milestonesfrom menarche to motherhood from careerbuilding to caregiving from perimenopause to postmenopause and beyond. Through these transitions body wisdom and sovereignty remain central guiding each womans ability to make informed decisions about her health her life and her future.
