Mosaic Community Development Center Our Mission MCDC s mission is to empower and elevate a generation of leaders from youth to adulthood instilling a desire to serve a commitment to and a love for the Jeannette Community. Mosaic holistically supports students lives by promoting their overall success through education workforce development and character education. The After School Program The Mosaic Community Development Center is a tuitionfree academic enrichment program for underserved Jeannette public school students in grades 3 through 8 who face limited opportunities. Mosaic offers a continuum of services to build confident students and empathetic community members.
