Tomahawk STAR Foundation Making a Difference Every Day Another successful STAR Splash. The Tomahawk STAR Foundation serves the Tomahawk WI area by acting as a community chest for businesses and individuals by making charitable grants to community groups clubs and nonprofit organizations that contribute to the health and vitality of our area. Tomahawk is a generous community. Many of its businesses families and community members have found that by making a taxdeductible contribution to the STAR Foundation they are able to support area organizations with one gift rather than making multiple donations throughout the year.
