NCWDE is a nonprofit focused on creating opportunities for individuals to gain exposure to careers in the trades. We are a collaborative effort between the Omaha Federation of Labor AFLCIO The William Brennan Institute for Labor Studies at UNO the United Way of the Midlands and the local business community to increase the qualified workforce in Nebraska. This is a unique collaboration between labor business and government to create a publicprivate partnership to address the skillgap in Nebraskas workforce. Nebraska Center for Workforce Development and Education Project Reset is a mentoring service to help justice involved individuals find a life changing career in the skilled labor and trades.
