OCF’s mission is to raise public awareness of and funds for Olney charitable, educational, civic, and cultural activities. Established in 2013, the mission of the Olney Civic Fund (OCF) is to raise public awareness of Olney charitable, educational, civic, and cultural activities and to raise funds to support Olney charitable projects and civic events such as Olney Days and Oktoberfestival through the involvement of volunteers and business sponsors. Olney Civic Fund, Inc. is a qualified 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.
