To support the city of Santa Barbara's State Street Master Plan process as it evolves now and into the future. We do this by supporting businesses, organizations and surrounding neighbrorhoods through community engagement outreach and collaborative initiative. We aim to provide financial support to fill funding gaps that will help realize a revitalized State Street.
