The CEMDPCD Foundation is a non-profit organization that aims to contribute to the social and political changes required for achieving real and effective equality among people with disabilities in all areas of life. By doing so, the foundation seeks to enhance the social, cultural, economic, and overall quality of life, as well as uphold the full rights to education.
