Our programs are designed to train participants to act as leaders in their communities and workplaces with a focus on securing stable careers in todays everchanging workforce climate. Through strategic partnerships with employers in the Baltimore region we have achieved over 1450 job placements. Every Tuesday participants guests and leaders gather at two training sites to share stories listen to each other and become leaders as part of the second chance jobs movement.
