Home Welcome to the Mid Penn. The Mid Penn Youth Lacrosse Association was created to promote uniformity and to elevate the game of lacrosse in Dauphin and Cumberland Counties. It has since expanded to include teams from Centre and York Counties as well. The Mid Penn has 14members and serves over 800 kids every spring by providing them with a competitiveinstructional and fun lacrosse experience.
