This service is similar to the military tribute and officially releases the nurse from hisher nursing duties. We also offer Living Tributes to nurses near the end of life. Members of the San Antonio Nurses Honor Guard are active and retired nurses who volunteer their time and expenses to help provide an honorable dignified tribute for their fallen sister or brother.
