Salem Keizer Education Foundation | Investing in Awesome Kids A Letter from Kelly Dear SKEF Supporters The last few weeks have been challenging for all of us and we have all been faced with some tough decisions. It is with a heavy heart that I must share with you that after 38 years of supporting SalemKeizer area schools and students the SalemKeizer Education Foundation is dissolving effective June 30 2020. Over the years this organization that started with a group of parents looking for a way to meet some immediate financial needs of local schools had grown into one of Salems premier nonprofit organizations dedicated to students and their success. While 18 months ago our organization found itself in difficult financial circumstances the staff and Board of Directors worked hard to stabilize the organization and prepare itself to move forward.
