THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS TO ENCOURAGE ASSOCIATION OF MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS SPECIALIZING IN ALLERGY FOR THE STUDY OF CURRENT ISSUES AND DEVELOPMENTS RELEVANT TO ALLERGY MEDICINE AND THE CONTINUING EDUCATION OF ALLERGY PROFESSIONALS.

The Western Society of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (WSAAI) is a nonprofit organization that brings together medical professionals specializing in allergy, asthma, and immunology. History
The WSAAI originated from the West Coast Allergy Society, with its first meeting held in December 1961 in San Francisco, California. Over the years, it has evolved to address cutting-edge topics such as immune tolerance, food sensitivities, and advancements in bronchodilators and pulmonary function studies.
Leadership and Members
The society is led by a Board of Directors composed of prominent figures in the field.
