Our Impact, Reach, and Vision To strengthen our community by providing a year-round, all-weather, world-class community center and community care hub, that offers programs, resources, and new initiatives. In conjunction, with partnering with Shenandoah County public school system, health care providers, county and community organizations, and other organizations to complement their existing programs in support of amplifying county-wide effectiveness and impact for all people.
