HOLY CROSS VILLAGE AT NOTRE DAME WAS ESTABLISHED AS A FAITH-BASED, NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION AND HAS SINCE DEDICATED ITSELF TO PROVIDING HOUSING, HEALTHCARE, AND SUPPORT SERVICES EXCLUSIVELY TO OLDER ADULTS IN WAYS THAT PROMOTE INDEPENDENCE AND A HEALTHY, ACTIVE LIFESTYLE THROUGH A CONTINUING CARE RETIREMENT COMMUNITY.
