After the Miracle there is Newborn Hope Providing Hope to Colorados Premature Community Providing Hope to Colorados Premature Community Providing Hope to Colorados Premature Community Advocacy Community Grants Newborn Hopes work also includes programs that we have delivered for decades such as the Community Grants we provide to statewide organizations whose missions align with ours. We continue to educate and engage our community about safepregnancy and we will always advocate to improve the outcomes for premature babies. Types of Support Funds target programs related to prematurity prevention equipment for the care of premature neonates neonatal research and maternal prenatal and neonatal care for the medically underserved. We request that all Grant Applications be limited to a maximum of 10000 per request.
