New Berlin Youth Center New Berlin Youth Center Empower teens encourage families expand worldview Regretfully the New Berlin Youth Center NBYC at 34 North Main Street is closing. NBYCs founder and director Kevin Phillips is physically unable to continue all that is required to lead the organization. The NBYC Board unanimously approved the listing of the property for sale. NBYC was able to accomplish much in its twoyear history thanks to the teamwork of many community members.
